
Terms and Agreements
By placing an order with [Wash-eze] (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer”) agree to the following Waiver of Liability and Release. Please read carefully before confirming your order.
1. Acknowledgment of Risk
Customer understands and agrees that laundry services inherently involve certain risks, including but not limited to:
Color fading, shrinkage, fabric damage, or bleeding;
Buttons, zippers, or accessories breaking;
Loss or misplacement of items; and
Possible allergic reactions to detergents or cleaning products used.
The Company uses professional cleaning methods and reasonable care but cannot guarantee that damage or loss will not occur.
2. Release of Liability
By submitting items for service, Customer releases and holds harmless the Company, its owners, employees, and contractors from all liability, claims, damages, or losses arising out of or relating to:
Any damage to, loss of, or alteration of garments or other items;
Delays or errors in service; or
Reactions to cleaning agents used.
3. Limitation of Liability
In the event the Company is found responsible for damage or loss, Customer agrees that the Company’s total liability shall not exceed the lesser of:
[e.g., 10 times the cleaning cost of the item or $50 per order], or
The item’s fair market value at the time of loss.
The Company is not responsible for:
Items without care labels or with pre-existing damage;
Items left in pockets (e.g., pens, money, or valuables); or
Any consequential or incidental damages.
4. Unclaimed Items
Items not claimed within [X days/weeks] of service completion notification may be considered abandoned and disposed of at the Company’s discretion.
5. Acceptance of Terms
By clicking “I Agree” or completing an order, Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Waiver of Liability and Release Agreement.
